JADEA FOR THE URBAN FOREST OF ANDRIA

Jadea has already gone green, supporting the environment in the city where it was born and promoting the project Wiseair which was presented last October 17th in the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Andria.
Yesterday, 6 December 2023, the second stage of this ambitious green plan was held, strongly supported by the Remember and Respect Environment Forum. This involves the planting of 3 trees donated by Jadea and @Coop Alleanza 3.0, plus the arrangement, in the future, of many other plants that were donated by active citizens.

The area affected was that of Viale Ceruti, where the Mayor Giovanna Bruno, the Councilor for the Environment Savino Losappio, the President of the Forum Giovanni Massaro and the Agronomist Ambrogio Lamesta spoke.
To underline the precious contribution of the users of the Mental Health Department of the ASL BAT who cleared the area and arranged for the placement of the plants with the final blessing by Don Michele Pace.
A space that promotes biodiversity through the choice of plants with different characteristics, such as to promote the exchange of the air we breathe. A small urban forest that we hope will grow and become a small green lung for the city.

Added to this is a special dedication to Vincenza Angrisano, one of the many and too many victims of feminicide, a memory to be cultivated as a seed of life and hope.
Jadea always on the side of women but also in support of issues relating to the protection of greenery, the environment and health alongside the organisations: Onda d'Urto, Calcit Andria and the Giorgia Lomuscio Association.
